Data Retention Policy

- Contact enquiries: kept for up to 24 months from last contact, to help with follow-up and support.
- Support communications: kept for up to 24 months from ticket closure.
- System and security logs: kept for up to 12 months, unless needed for investigation or legal reasons.
- Analytics data: kept according to your analytics provider’s settings and only while you have consented.
QR project data created in your browser is typically stored locally on your device and is controlled by you.
3. Deletion and anonymisation
When data is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymise it. Aggregated, anonymised data may be retained for analytical purposes.

3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The destinations and content your QR codes link to.
- Ensuring your QR codes are tested and scannable in real-world conditions.
- Complying with applicable laws, advertising standards, and platform rules.
4. Limitation of liability
Moneyfy Investors Ltd is not liable for any damage or loss arising from:
- Users scanning QR codes you create using our tools.
- Third-party websites or content linked by those QR codes.
- Incorrect or incomplete implementation of QR codes in your materials.
